A short note about a few significant items.
First of all, if you are relatively new to polyamory, you may want to
check out some of the online resources available. One is lovemore.com, a good and
longtime-existing resource for polyamory.
There are also several polyamory groups on Facebook.
As a Unitarian, I serve as the Secretary for UUs for Polyamory Awareness (UUPA) – which is both a Facebook group and an actual non-profit group. A good place for discussion and questions. But there are other Facebook poly groups as well.

UUPA has lately brought some wider news to my attention. Some possibilities for a truly national
movement are stirring with people involved in UUPA, Loving More, and similar
organizations. Wider organizations are forming: the Polyamory Coalition, the
Polyamory Leadership Network, the Polyamory Awareness and Education Fund (as a
subgroup of the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom). The UUPA has voted to become involved with
the Polyamory Coalition. For some time,
public and cultural awareness of polyamory has been growing. Perhaps we are reaching some sort of critical
mass. What would that mean for poly
acceptance generally?
Meanwhile, drop by our meeting this Saturday if you feel like chatting
about any of this, or simply socializing with other polys. W3e are committed to providing, once a month,
a safe space for the polyamorous and poly-curious!
